an acceptable stay
breakfast variety friendly approach cold water restaurant cat
i found the breakfast variety very good. the staff offered free water and showed a friendly approach when i needed help. they gave me advice when i asked for it.
i found cats everywhere. the water temperature was cold, and the jacuzzi did not work, there was no water heating at all.

rude staff public wifi
The pool was warm and not very packed. That was acceptable.
the staff was rude at the reception when our internet didn't work, a big annoyance. they spoke between each other in arabic, a language i don't understand. it seemed rude, not to mention they swapped to english and made a rude comment about my partner and i not being married. i didn't like that.

The breakfast varieties were acceptable (but nothing to write home about).
I had issues with the security personnel. They checked personal belongings and told me what I could and couldn't bring in my luggage. The security staff were rude and seemed to lack customer service training (a real let-down).
